    Pros

Relaxed introduction to public accounting. Best way to figure out if the field is for you. You get to go to Disney world at the end.

    Cons

Really short internship. Only on the job for roughly 6 weeks. Audit usually isn't during busy season if you intern over the summer.

I have been working at EY full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Work with smart, young people. Promotions come quick and are predictable. Lots of opportunities to work on big clients. Options to do "extra-curricular" activities such as service projects, training, project to add value and meaning to career

    Cons

Hours are very long. The experience greatly depends on your superiors and your client. There's always work to be done so if feels like the work never ends.

    Advice to Management

Let Staff, Seniors, and Managers provide upward feedback
