I have been working at EY full-time

    Pros

Environment is such that you must learn to stay relevant, both in competency and political gamesmanship, to remain ahead of peers.

    Cons

Work-life balance is relative to a norm established for consultants; not those from outside industries.

    Advice to Management

Employee utilization is not as important as you think it is to finding/keeping the correct talent.

    Pros

if you have a good team and/or client, your experience will be a good one

    Cons

if you have a bad team or client, you can be kept on it for a whole year with no escape and its often hard to get taken off for future years when you've already learned the ins and outs of the engagement

I have been working at EY full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Growing Digital practice. Lot of opportunities in this practice. Most of the projects that EY works are on stratagey but recently there is focus on doing implementation.

    Cons

Keeps changing names of practices which is causing confusion to people working there for longtime. I have been there for three years and the practice name has been changed three times.
