    Serves big clients (especially in the technologies industry); assumes responsibilities early on; good training; more casual compared to other EY offices

    Cons

    Salary and bonus can be more competitive; long working hours throughout the year; a lot of pressure; lots of administrative work

    Advice to Management

    Increase incentives to staffs and seniors through higher wages, bonus etc.

    flexible, great learning experience, friendly environment

    Cons

    heavy workload, unrealistic expectation sometime especially from the perspective of deadline, on-job coaching is not as good as it advertises itself

    outsourcing too many jobs, expensive medical benefits,

    stop sending jobs to cheaper locations and take a cut at the top end of the company

    Pros

    Gain extensive experience and network with connected professionals straight out of college. Work with many high performing teams in areas of high visibility.

    Cons

    Enormous stress, limited company resources, broken firm promises (you get time off that they never let you use), unpredictable and extremely long hours and lots of turnover.

    Advice to Management

    Encourage increased ethics including enforcement of actual firm policies, offer better insurance, increase transparency, provide better resources including increasing hires.

    summer very slow and very flexible

    it depends on the team, if you are in good team. you lean a lot and enjoy working with them. if bad team, it burs out.

    Supportive team, lots of opportunity to connect with people and visibility to the leadership.

    Cons

    Projects may vary dramatically. could be working 60+ hours per week while some other team members are way under utilized.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your team, try not place people on repetitive projects for too long otherwise you will lose the resources.

    Great place to start. Nothing like having a great big four company on your resume.

    Cons

    no work life balance, even though they heavily promote it. some people are demoralizing by the stuff they say. weird people.

    dont be fake.
