I have been working at EY (More than a year)

    Pros

Great coworkers who genuinely care about each other. The work I do is enjoyable and EY provides the framework to allow that to happen. Support is abundant throughout the organization.

    Cons

Personally I'm not a huge fan of the mid year/yearly review process. It's a bit artificial to submit self review over and over again. I would prefer if it consisted of reviews from fellow coworkers/managers.

I worked at EY full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Incredible brand to have on your resume. Leaving EY after 10 years provided me with very broad base of experiences that helped me advance my career.

    Cons

    Work life balance is tough.

    Advice to Management

Probably the biggest thing is watching out for employees who are over worked and ensuring they take vacation. If people don't recharge, they suffer from burnout.

    Pros

Very professional and progressive firm with wide client base and deep roots. Wealth of internal resources and knowledge to support deliver and growth.

    Cons

This is a huge firm so you need to make your own efforts outside of delivery to build a solid network.

    Pros

Great professional formation and training. Great networking opportunities. Beautiful office as well. Overall great experience that is impressive for any college student's resume.

    Cons

D.C traffic and commuting time. Starting off can be described as a "Baptism by Fire" as a lot of information will be given to you in a short amount of time.
