I worked at EY as an intern

    Pros

Great culture and training! People are really nice and want to work with you. Great place to start your career if accounting if for you.

    Cons

Work in audit can be dull and the hours are long. Given that it is such a big organization, it can be hard to be noticed.

    Advice to Management

Apparently there was some over hiring in some offices. Also, maybe give more entry opportunities in non audit/tax positions.

I have been working at EY full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great culture, very young and ambitious recent college graduates at the lower ranks in the firm. There are great benefits and 401k match/bonus after 2 years is very attractive. The firm invests a lot of time and money into training programs at all ranks. If your looking to learn and grow both professionally and personally, EY is one of the best. No wonder it gets high ratings on all business ranking out there.

    Cons

For employees who are in the office every day, hoteling is the worst. The hours are long at times but expected at any Big 4 firm.
