    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at EY full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Shared Parental leave is very favourable

    Cons

Growing pains mean some management are left powerless to make changes and retain staff. Leads to poor team spirit.
Bonus is terrible. 7 years of lies from UKI Advisory leadership about paying good bonus. Bust your rear end for less than 2% bonus. Not worth it.

    Advice to Management

Break the Advisory hard-line grades and compensation hurdles.
