    Pros

Flexibility. The firm is really putting it's money where it's mouth is. They have worked around my schedule and I have done what it takes to get the job done.

    Cons

There are a lot of long hours. You can really get bogged down by the workload. However it is manageable if you communicate and make good use of your time.

    Advice to Management

Please try and have more one on one time with the staff. We could really use the few minutes of your time to talk to us individually. It can go a long way.

    Pros

Once you prove yourself, you do get challenging work. Promotions and opportunities outside the firm are plentiful- get recruiter calls nearly every week. Pay is adequate for work level.

    Cons

Too often time put in matters more than quality. No real performance compensation to speak of. You have to take your career in your own hands, while this may sound good, it does it make it more difficult to move between projects, service lines, etc... which is supposed to be one of the appealing items of working in an accounting firm.
