    Zero work-life balance; a difficult culture to adjust to; very heirarchical

    Pros

    Good opportunities if you are ambitious and not worried about timings or balance in life.

    Cons

    Name sake women policies. Partners dont care if its woman or man when it is about weekend working or late sittings. Too political and no authority but all responsibility at manager level.

    Advice to Management

    Pls discuss and talk to managers and be supportive when more work needs to be done in less resources. Pay well and motivate with timely awards.

    Working at EY is great for anyone's career. You constantly develop as a professional. As a consultant for the firm you are also very well compensated.

    Cons

    The firm keeps on challenging their professionals. Doing a good job means being given more challenging work. Frequent travel is also part of the job.
