    Pros

    Predominately a collaborative culture
    Great place to learn and develop
    Good foundation on your resume as having a Big 4 will be a great assist when looking elsewhere

    Cons

    Be careful how long you stay and be skeptical of the carrot that is dangled in front of you.
    Lack of balance in the firm with quality and people getting pushed aside for growth.

    Pros

    flexibility is a big plus as long as you are the "yes man" of your team manager. salaries are higher than industry for similar roles

    Cons

    no whistleblower protection....you raise your voice against something wrong happening, be ready to get the worst possible treatment from your manager after that. Undue bias towards female co-workers in guise of inclusiveness.

    Advice to Management

    practice what you preach. true leaders need to show real actions, just not wordsmiths

    Pros

    Great company that seems to put a lot of effort into making its employees feel like part of the family. Good coworkers. Great flexibility

    Low pay. Very inconsistent pay.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your employees what they are worth, particularly when they are in a specialized field with an advanced degree. Better to keep them then have them be lured away.
