    Pros

Exposure to different types of clients and different types of work

    Pros

This is a fun place to work, always working on new, unique projects. The team is young and willing to help others learn.

    Cons

There is a busy season during audit busy season that can lead to very time sensitive engagements. Fortunately, managers are partners are willing to spend time on each engagement to help take the load off analysts.

    Advice to Management

Keep taking an interest in young analysts and help them specialize in industries that appeal to them.

I have been working at EY full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The culture is good here, although not without its flaws. They make a legitimate effort to care about their employees, as much as any mega-corporation can. There are a lot of resources here. Also there is every kind of work imaginable.

    Cons

This is not a good place to build skills. You come here to learn how to work at a corporate giant and little else. Especially at the entry level, you will not be asked to do anything involving critically thinking or problem solving. Also, people here contrive their behavior to fit an imagined standard. It is difficult to have meaningful interactions with people, as the average person you encounter does not communicate honestly.

    Advice to Management

Eliminate the "sucking up" element of the culture. Stop hiring people with advanced degrees and giving them nothing meaningful to do.

Great people regardless of the service line you are in. Challenging projects once you find the right niche service line

    Cons

Typical cons with a big 4 consulting firm. Numerous boring projects around regulation, AML, etc. causing high turnover at the firm

    Advice to Management

Do not sell the firm to potential candidates as something it's not
