    Pros

Good company, lots of opportunities to try to new things. Flexibility is promoted and they're open to different types of people.

    Cons

A lot of hours, can get very clicquey, stressful. If you don't do well, you won't get fired but your comp/raise will suck and that's how they weed people out.

    Advice to Management

Be more up front about performance. If someone is doing a bad job, tell them to get their act together or they'll get let go. Don't not say anything and then hope they'll leave. Coz that's what makes the good people who stick around bear the burden of picking up the slack.. and eventually, the good people leave.

    Pros

Good people. Opportunities to development are there- you just need to find them.

    Cons

Confusing development process- sometimes there seems to be no rhyme or reason to promotions and performance process.

You eventually will hit a glass celing, then you have to decided what to do after "life at EY."

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Prestige, and hopefully one day it will be worth it. Higher salaries than other entry level jobs but that is because of the work it takes to get the position

    Cons

The hours are disgusting. No lives for people starting out here. The stress and the lack of free time literally leads to health problems for employees.

    Advice to Management

Ease up. People wont want to stay to grow into upper positions because they will resent the company.

  10. "Nightmare for 10+ years of employees, EY files GC many times after 3-6 years (PWC, Deloitte is anytime better)"

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Brand name of EY is the only Pros

    Cons

    No personal life
    Partner controls HR too
Low salary for 10+ years of experience
EY does not file GC. Many times takes 3-6 years to file GC. EY immigration is known for strange delays and bias filings.
Resources who are having title partner thinks them as God.

    Advice to Management

Focus on work than race for manager
    Respect employees
Ensure matching salary at all levels and not just college graduates.
Do immigration on time as without immigrants EY can not deliver.
