I have been working at EY (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Very proactive on D&I and genuinely does put people first. Your career is what you make of it, no one will hold you back if you demonstrate the drive and focus - though you will be called out if you have bad behaviour towards others to get to where you want to get to.

    Cons

Because the focus on your career is whatever you make of it, if you want to change roles internally, or explore other options, sometimes it can be difficult for lack of guidance.

Former Intern - Anonymous Intern in London, England (UK)
    Positive Outlook

I worked at EY as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

EY gives good training and if you are lucky enough to have a good team, usually someone from your team will play the role as your "mentor" (although not officially) who will teach you technical skills. It also gives good chances to talk to real clients, which is a valuable experience for students.

    Cons

The company is huge and they recruit more interns than what they actually need, so interns may expect to have lots of idle time, although for full-time employees their life during auditing season is never easy
