    Pros

    Nothing truly comes to mind.

    Cons

All employees are not treated equally. Lower management skills are corrupt. Meaning they are under handed when it comes to getting your scheduled work hours, wages or paid time off that are due to you, unless you are within their social structure. No regards for their employees at all, everything is done to their advantage only. Human Resource does nothing to resolve any issues that may materialize in the work place. It's all swept under the rug and ignored. There's an 'Open Door Policy' but, that's ignored, also. No resolve.

    Advice to Management

Upper management should examine the management personnel they have working under them and take action against the corruption.

I have been working at EZ Prints full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great Pay, benefits package and health perks as long as you are a full time employee. Most people are a lot of fun to be around.

    Cons

There are good and bad managers. The bad one's don't know how to work with or lead people. No matter how many people complain to HR or upper management, nothing is done. There's a lot of drama and inappropriate commentary. The company is trying to move faster than it's legs can carry it which leads to a lot of stagnancy and frustration despite desired progress.

    Advice to Management

Learn to work with people and don't be so two faced. You can't spread rumors around the workplace and treat people like dirt, then sit down, behave sympathetic and understanding then do it all over again. Laughing about it with managers thinking employees aren't listening.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

The pay was well above the industry average and the manager was very willing to work with the employees regarding taking time off.

    Cons

    Lack of proper management

    Lack of proper training

    Mandatory overtime during holiday season

    Stresses socializing over working

Lack of distinct job characteristics (meaning that everyone did a little bit of everything)

    Lack of standards for production

Lack of disciplinary action for those who underperformed when compared to the rest of the department.

    Advice to Management

Focus on policies and procedures to make a standard for all aspect of work in order to give people an idea of what they should be doing and what they could do to improve.

    Pros

It is a fast paced environment and everyone is very socialable and polite to you. Everyone don't pass judgement there.

    Cons

The downside was the pay rate. It's a great environment with great people, but there should be a pay increase.

    Advice to Management

Even though this is already a great company, I think there should be benefits for all employees for all positions.
