    Pros

    You learn the value of what things are worth... Opportunity to get things for sale at a discounted rate as well as see what goes out for sale and buy before the public. Health benefits are afforded after 90 days . Get to work with some really nice people

    Cons

    commission could use an overhaul commission should be tiered toward the individual not on how well the store did as a whole

    Meeting new people, learn new things,

    If they dont like you then they will treat yoi like crap and do anything to get you fired. AT my store everyone who made it a year either got fired or transfered

    Stick to your self and do your job
