    Corporate is a wonderful group of folks in Austin, TX.

    Cons

    I was located in satellite office and my attorney quit so I was unable to work out in Austin.

    Pros

    Bonus structure is great. Very laid back environment. Management and Executive Management are easy to talk to about any issues.

    Cons

    Late, long hours. No formal training program, mostly side-by-side or just winging it. Too many manual processes.

    Advice to Management

    Treat all level employees with respect.

    I worked at EZCORP full-time

    Pros

    It was amazing while it lasted. It started with a smooth interview, got trained for a week and a half about everything that I needed to know to complete the job. Pay is ok. It can can get repetitive, but in collections you have multiple goals which keeps things interested.

    Cons

    Benefits were expensive if you have a family. Monthly bonus potential and goals that were hard to reach.

    Micro management, closed and lost of a lot of jobs

    Currently going through a lot of transition and lay offs.

    Pros

    Pays higher than market value. Good team to work with. There are some really hard working people and helpful people that you would enjoy working with.

    Cons

    Old technology to work with. Work after work never ending process. Life work balance is bad.

    Look after the valuable team members you have. Give some time between projects.

    Moves fast, reacts quickly to market changes, continually improving processes,

    Systems can be challenging, managers must be resilient and able handle change to be successful
