    I worked at EZCORP full-time

    Pros

It was amazing while it lasted. It started with a smooth interview, got trained for a week and a half about everything that I needed to know to complete the job. Pay is ok. It can can get repetitive, but in collections you have multiple goals which keeps things interested.

    Cons

Benefits were expensive if you have a family. Monthly bonus potential and goals that were hard to reach.
