I worked at EZCORP full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I loved working for EZCorp. The hours were great as well as the pay. I loved the fact that you were allowed to run your store whatever way worked for you . In the pawn business there is no black and white when it came to helping customers.

    Cons

I have nothing negative to say about the company. I really enjoyed my time here. I was a Store Manager with them for 9 years until I moved to San Diego . I really wish they had stores this far west.
