    Initially was a great company for internal opportunities.

    Senior management changed and culture became very negative.

    Always ensure senior management has the ability to uphold a good culture.

    Pros

    Nice modern office in a good location. That's it.

    Cons

    Who's running this place? There seems to be too many chiefs and not enough indians and 95% of people just do what they want, no consultation whatsoever. Everyone is out for themselves and doesn't give a fig about anyone else.

    Advice to Management

    Be clear as to who is responsible for want and treat people right.

    Corporate is a wonderful group of folks in Austin, TX.

    I was located in satellite office and my attorney quit so I was unable to work out in Austin.

    Pros

    You learn the value of what things are worth... Opportunity to get things for sale at a discounted rate as well as see what goes out for sale and buy before the public. Health benefits are afforded after 90 days . Get to work with some really nice people

    Cons

    commission could use an overhaul commission should be tiered toward the individual not on how well the store did as a whole

    Lots of locations to transfer to in the US
    Move up easily because everyone quits

    Don't get lunch breaks
    Buildings are falling apart

    Coworkers don't care about their job

    awful company, If you don't have a relative already working their, then no one will like you, because you're an out sider
