Good Pay and Added Perks - Very Poor Job Security!

Wages are good, 401K with matching, Elaborate Annual Banquets and All-Inclusive trips every 3 to 5 years, a complimentary lunch each week, Annual family outings to Cedar Point/Kings Island, Holiday food gifts and small bonus.
Cons
No break time or lunch time within 8 hour day. PTO available but cannot be used in the 4th quarter at all. Open communication between upper management and branch workers is poor and often questionable with honesty, ethics and principles. Advancement opportunity is little to none as there are no positions in place that allow for advancement except Branch Management or Assistant Management and those are extremely limited. Nepotism is very prevalent and accepted. Employees have been terminated under unexplained pretenses and given false reasoning. The company's revenue is generated through very high interest rates and major income generated through sale of personal property insurance, AD&D insurance and Life Insurance premiums sold with Loans. Also large focus on continual refinancing of loans to gain additional origination fees, etc. as often as possible. Employees work in fear of ever voicing an opinion or stepping on the wrong toes because it definitely affects job security and upper management will find a way to eliminate even the best of workers.
