    Pros

You will learn every aspect of the market here. They will teach you how to trade and develop the tools necessary for trading. Bankers hours and no homework.

    Cons

Not everybody can do it. All the tools and training in the world do not make a trader. There are no holidays, the market is always open somewhere.

    Advice to Management

Office could use a remodel. Kitchen definitely needs an update.

I worked at Eagle Market Makers full-time

    Pros

Downtown location, van rides to the train station, unintentional humor

    Cons

As unprofessional as they get in ANY industry. Boss's decisions are based on unpredictable mood swings, knee-jerk reactions, and the previous night's White Sox score. Promotions are usually based on favoritism, rarely if ever on merit or capability. The CEO thinks in antiquated logic in nearly ever aspect of management. Starting pay is abysmal.

    Advice to Management

    Shut down and retire.

I worked at Eagle Market Makers full-time

    Pros

It was a good place to be able to see a lot of markets. There's opportunity to move up if they like you.

    Cons

There is a revolving door policy. Much of the management have no idea about the markets and cannot offer any incite.

    Advice to Management

There isn't much they can do to help besides get out of the way and let people figure stuff out themselves. Keep spending money.
