    Pros

The employees are a great group of people to work with. It's great that the company has company outings so employees can take a quick break from work.

    Cons

The only con I have is the pay. There's a lot of work to be done (especially during the Fall/Christmas time) and unfortunately no bonuses are given OR raises.
