    Continue on current course as it is a great model!

    Pros

    Money, salaries are at market, bonuses are really high.

    Cons

    Zero work/life balance (they own you), culture is cut-throat, not a pleasant place to work, focus on growth at the expense of doing the right things.

    Advice to Management

    Too good to be true. EagleBank must have the smartest people at the top given their performance, therefore, I guess they don't need any advice.

    Pros

    Good pay, good manager, easy work. Nice people all around. Family atmosphere, flexibility for work-life balance issues.

    Cons

    Not a lot of communication with management, some employees are not well qualified for their jobs and don't have a sense of urgency.

    Communicate company goals and strategies more often to employees.

    Pros

    Small community bank where everyone knows each other and senior managements know most employees by name.

    Cons

    Overworked. Most departments are understaffed. No structure and you have to find your way around procedures.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more help in each department. Most people feel overworked and unappreciated.

    Pros

    EagleBank is a great place to work. Very friendly, team atmosphere. Leadership is accessible and have an open door policy. Employees have a voice and innovation is encouraged. Lenders have the flexibility to structure deals. The Bank offers many perks including 3 on-site gyms, wellness programs and events, incentive programs, stock purchase program, community events, annual holiday party, anniversary gifts including movie tickets, and other gifts including golf jackets, umbrellas, food, etc. EagleBank offers internal training programs for employee development and advancement. The Bank also offers a commercial banking rotational programs for new grads and partners with local colleges and universities to provide internship programs. Our values are not just words on a piece a paper--they are engrained in all we do.

    Cons

    The only con is that are great team is located in multiple locations.

    Top "go-to" community bank

    Strong management team and board, strong financial performer

    Cons

    If you are considering a job and you don't already know someone who has first-hand experience working at the bank, ask around

    Do yourself a favor and call recruiters in this space to hear what they have heard about the culture
