Served as the ideal launching pad for me as an undergrad who had zero experience coming out of college. The salary and benefits are competitive. There are many networking opportunities.

Leadership style tends towards micromanagement.

Management needs training. Lots of favoritism and exclusion all around the facility. Eligibility for bonuses are not specified (need to be there 1 year before you can get a bonus). Turn over rate is extremely high. You'd think that going through 4 assistants and 2 batch makers would say something about the management to the higher ups..

Pros

Working for a company that is authentic and always at the top of the innovative game brings a true sense of "AWE" to my every day. Knowing that ECOS is home and knowing that it's a safe and clean place to be brings me peace of mind.

Cons

The reality of costs rising and supply chain issues takes a toll on not only our company but individuals as well. The cost of living goes up and it's tough to match salaries in these challenging times. Looking for better days ahead and continuing to believe it will happen.

Pros

It’s been a good run so far. I still look forward to coming into work and even though I’m not crazy enough to say I hate leaving in the evenings, it isn’t an environment I’m quick to leave either. We’ve got a good group of people in the warehouse and no one running the show is mean-spirited or unkind. That’s all I’ve got to say.

My only complaint would the high expectations placed on everyone.

The opportunities in sales are endless. Even if you have ZERO previous experience, you can really establish a solid foundation for yourself here. It depends on what you want really, but no matter what your end goal is, I think every single sales person who has ever worked here will tell you the same thing: this is a great place to get your start.

I grew a lot as an employee during my time here. Started out with barely any professional experience and left with an impressive resume that landed me the job of my dreams.

Wow! Just wow! This is my first job ever and I couldn’t have asked for a better one! The pay is fantastic. The people are great. Managers are nice and genuinely care. Again, just wow!
