    Pros

Good culture in the beginning, but constant changes in the leadership made it hard to pull off anything substantial be it in the market/business development or product development.

    Cons

Leadership lacked the insights and tenacity to pull of the change for consumer access. The shareholders won out to the expense of the employees.

I have been working at EarthLink full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Innovative company pulling from several acquisitions. Always something new coming down the pipe.

    Cons

With the combination of several companies came several processes and so many systems that are redundant. That gets ironed out as things progress and it is much better than when I started.

    Advice to Management

Nothing really. The systems aren't really something they have their hands in fixing.

    Pros

Some really good people but management does not know what they want to be. Network, Managed Services, Telephones?

    Cons

Just this year they divested the Managed Services division, bought Boston Retail Partners and then announced the sale to Windstream. It's tough to stay focused when they can't decide on what / who they want to be.

    Advice to Management

Have a goal / vision and stick to it.
