Product Manager

You know how most office cultures ignore minor ettiquette for ease of use? Like, sending a joke in an email to other org members for example. You're not technically supposed to but everyone does it. Well, now my boss is coming down on me--and only me--for this kind of stuff. I can't imagine HR would be sympathetic because they are actual rules. Should I just leave? I've certainly thought about it.

How is living at Hudson Yard near 34th/9th? 1) Nightlife, 2) outdoor activities (Bball courts, park), 3) Ease of Commute are my main concerns but open to other aspects

Strained my lower back during deadlift and spent the next day in bed icing it. I’ve been given some prescription drugs by doctors and they’ve really helped. Has anyone had a similar injury and if so, how did you ease back into training? I really can’t wait to get back to the gym
