    Great pay for a counselor
    Amazing boss
    Well run
    Lunch provided

    Working at the children's summer camp was an incredible opportunity. It is a warm group of individuals, staff and supervisors. Pay is great comparatively to other camps around Chicago and you get access to the club.

    Cons

    None that I can think of.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    Sometimes the hours were tough but hey it's hospitality.

    You get to use the facility and get great discounts on the food shop and the pro shop which has designer clothing.

    Cons

    Some of the members are elitists.

    Put in a bigger coffee table in the food shop.

    Pros

    I would describe the Managers were present. They seemed to do excellent conflict resolution. The pay was good as well.

    Cons

    The clientele can be very snobby and entitled sometimes. And drunk.

    Pros

    East Bank takes care of their employees, and most of them stay there for a long time (e.g. 15 years)

    Cons

    Location is random, not in an area where commute is super friendly, however it is manageable
