I have been working at East Bank Club Venture full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Staff - everyone loves their job and loves coming to work.

Recognition - monthly and annual recognition programs.

Appreciation - upper management appreciates the greatness we bring while leading us to greater heights.

The Club!!!! What an amazing facility to work and work out at!

There are no cons really. Sometimes we deal with difficult members, but that is everywhere in every type of business.

    Advice to Management

I worked at East Bank Club Venture part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You basically have a free membership to a fancy gym and that's pretty great. Also some of the employees are pretty friendly and caring. There's free icecream/ cake on the first of every month and that's awesome.

Depending on the department pay is pretty great.

    Cons

The members are arrogant and rude.
Some of the upper management was just as arrogant and rude as the members were.
We're not allowed to buy a smoothie, eat from the grill, swim in certain pools, can only work out during "employee hours"
The environment of "our place" (break room) felt exactly like a high school cafeteria.
    Employees gossiped about each other
    Managers played favoritism.
