I have been working at East Coast Migrant Head Start Project as a contractor (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Working with children of migrant families that benefit greatly from the services provided. Medical dental vision is decent. Pay competitive

    Cons

When you start you are thrown in and even though some training provided, its a struggle as everyone gets busy and overwhelmed quickly. Staying late is expected almost daily. No work life balance.

    Advice to Management

Hire enough that people can get off work on time and put in 40 quality hours so they have time for a home life as well. Treat everyone equally.
