ETSU has good work relations, decent pay for an undergraduate worker.
The office for hiring was hard to work with.

You get to set you own hours.
The office setting is quiet and people leave you alone so you can actually get stuff done.
They don't install the latest software on the computers.
The office is not open on the weekends.
All you get is a cubical not an entire office.

Administration has too many people, slow to respond, student services have problematic areas. Salary low compared to peer institutions.

Too many special interests instead of focusing on students' success. OIT is slow to respond or defaults to 'no', and physical plant has problematic areas. Salary low compared to peer institutions.
This is a great place to work! I love the people and the benefits are great. At least in my department, everyone is treated with respect and given plenty of opportunities to learn and better themselves.
Parking can be a challenge depending on what's going on on campus.
