I worked at East West Bank full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Solid infrastructure, generous compensation package, affordable insurance and retirement plan, great place to learn and start the banking industry, most employees are helpful

    Cons

Unqualified management. The retail and business banking in Northern California is a joke. "You know who" GW knows nothing but good at pointing figure to others. His employees can't really do their job if they don't scratch his back. Undisclosed MIA for a week or two every quarter is a norm. My advice is don't work in EWB Northern California retail division if he is still in the reign.

    Advice to Management

Put the right talent in the right position at the right moment but not the other way.
