    gets to know the retail bank job working environment very fast and easy.

    too much gossip between co-workers. Hard to improv working skill

    Pros

    Great benefits from company. If you like sales and no direction perfect company to work for. Upper management loves you when you are a great seller.

    Cons

    Systems completely out of date. Mainly a Chinese customers, back office and most employees. Management and upper management VERY DISRESPECTFUL speaking Chinese in front of non-Chinese speaking employees. Even done on conference calls. Back office departments do the same thing.

    Advice to Management

    I have worked for many banks in the past but this bank does everything backwards.

    White collar job so get dressed up. Top heavy management. Internal politics.

    Friendly employees, good to start, benefits ok, paid sick and vacation, 401k, manager nice, environment good, have kitchen, good training

    Cons

    Work and pay are not balance, overtime, work and life not balance, customer rude, endless job, no good benefits at the end of year

    Pay is way too low than other bank

    Pros

    Ability to learn many things especially different tasks within the branch operation.

    Cons

    It is very difficult to reach upper management to resolve problems, have to go through several layers.
    Salary and compensation is really low.
    Your hard work and dedication usually unnoticed and recognized.

    Upper management is not so great especially those that make you work long hours and pretend to show appreciation when in reality they are just using you as a stepping stone.
