I have been working at East West Bank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great opportunities to learn new things. My managers are good. Free event tickets to Dodgers game. I love these tickets.

    Cons

Compensation is okay. Bureaucracy. It's hard for down-to-earth workers to get appreciated.

    Advice to Management

Give more leeway to team members.

I have been working at East West Bank full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There are a lot of events that they plan for employees through out the year. Some you can bring your family to and others happen right outside the building in the courtyard.

    Cons

The compensation offered is not usually very competitive to other places offering the same position.

    Advice to Management

If you want more then a 100% from your employees then make it worth it for them. Let them know you consider then a person and not just some one who helps keep things moving on time.

    Pros

Great executive management, people are generally friendly and helpfully, very hardworking . It is small enough so even mid level managers can have access to the executives

    Cons

People compete to see who can stay at work longer, office politics are insane. Some managers are lazy and do nothing, I guess same can be said for everywhere
