    Pros

While there are always pros and cons for any place you work, Eastern has the feel of a "family". People genuinely work well together and are collaborative.

    Cons

As people have left, jobs have not been re-filled making it very hard on the people who remain to do the same quality work with many fewer employees.

    Advice to Management

Be more mindful of positions that really need to be re-filled, not just the bottom line. Don't take advantage of people's good will by constantly asking them to do the work of people who have left.

I worked at Eastern Connecticut State University part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Student workers are scheduled to work around their classes, which makes it easy to balance.

    Cons

My boss was unprofessional at times with personal comments directed at me. This person had tenure.

    Advice to Management

Most on-campus jobs pay students to sit their and do homework when there's no real work to be done. I suggest that managers find more projects for workers.
