    Pros

    Great people, good retirement matching, free classes for employee, free undergrad classes for employees family. Pay is on the lower side.

    Cons

    I found minimal room for growth past entry level, but that may just be my department.

    Grow your people and invest in them so they stay

    Great work environment for employees, good people to work with, great benefits for employees, good location, reasonable compensation, union environment,

    Cons

    There seems to be an antagonizing relationship between employees and the administration, requiring employees to be closely involved with unions. There are many grievances that are filed annually due to administrative attacks on employees.

    Advice to Management

    Require that employees be familiar with working with unions prior to being employed. Consider having better training for administrators, to help relationships between administrators and employees.
