    no one rides you
    laid back
    easy money

    Cons

    no opportunity, you scrub the lists they feast off your "book of business" it's designed to keep temp workers motivated

    none thanks for three months like everyone else

    I worked at Eastern Numismatics full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    can not think of any after 10years of work,
    nice co workers. most times. I have seen and heard a lot over the years there.

    Cons

    Not considerate of workers. Rude abusive to women, do not pay fairly, no chance for pay increase, commission workers make same. Bias towards women and elderly workers .Very little benefits offered. no vacation or sick time.

    Advice to Management

    fire boss!!! and head of computer department
