Behavior therapists position is not a full time position. This didn’t matter for me as I was in school and had to do an internship but for some people they need the hours.

Poor Management, lack of follow through upper management when reporting issues within department . Not firing poor staff who make continuous mistakes and bring department down. Not listening to staff when pointing out with documentation a frequented incident that keeps happening and not training the offender to stop making same mistakes. Promoting unqualified and not well experienced people to lead roles over seasoned employees.

I worked at this company full-time and let me tell you, if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck then it’s definitely not a goose - there’s a reason why this company has such awful reviews and it’s not by chance.

The leadership there can and will throw anyone under the bus to serve their own self-interests and the lack of training at this company was pathetic. People get hired there and don’t get any training or support but then get reprimanded for not knowing how to do the things they weren’t shown how to do. When a company’s leadership only values $ and not the people who work their tails off for them, it creates a toxic and conflictial environment.

 From the top down, the leadership uses deception to present its best face.

Want an example? Read the lone positive review from the individual claiming to be a current employee who worked as a case manager for 5 years. Too bad that program didn’t exist 5 years ago, weird how that happens to be the only great review right?

The training here completely sucks! Management is all about getting things done, they provide zero training whatsoever; it’s like you have to learn on your own. Unethical issues going on in here, with zero training. Most people that come to easterseals, they leave because the people lack honesty, training, they are unethical, uneducated people running this buisness.

This is the worst job I have ever worked at. Avoid this company at all costs, they will throw you under the bus, I’m so happy that I found a permanent job. This was my first time being a temp and my last time.

Unacurancy on scheduling department that results on loss of working hours.
Despite the fact that many clients do not have therapist, the company manage the load case in a way that prevent BI to become full time employee.
