Easter Seals provided me the opportunity to hep disadvantaged military veterans and their families.

The clients are the pro.
Cons
It seems to me there is a lot of contention within the Easter Seals El Mirador environment with little to no real strong leadership. Based on my own firsthand experience with this organization, they are severely understaffed to adequately care for clients.
