    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Easterseals full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I had the privilege of working alongside interesting and dedicated coworkers.

    Cons

The working environment was racist, sexist, and fear-based (there are security cameras in every classroom and hallway). The "education" was so bad that there wasn't even enough funding for worksheets...teachers printed out a dozen worksheets, laminated them, and had students fill out the same sheets over and over again, day after day, with erasable whiteboard markers. Also, very low pay...the majority of FULL TIME staff had second jobs, and many even qualified for food stamps.

I worked at Easterseals part-time for more than a year

    Pros

-free meals if you could attend monthly meetings - opportunity to work with children and families

    Cons

    - low pay - management and scheduling does not care about you -threaten to fire you via occurences often if you take a day off for emergency reasons -i would not recommenced this place to work - no compensation for an accident that happened during driving to a client - too demanding and too many rules - you cant accept any food from clients, cant be their early, cant give them to much info of progress, -not enough support from PM &CS and a lot of times they were condescending especially CS''s -not a livable wage, too many cancellations from families - if you ever become full time you need to work 37.5 hours for 3 months without cancellations which is almost impossible due to cancellations
