    Poor support for lean management at beginning. Younger management team showing favoritism & pride to improve, operate/ support complex improvement projects with leaders who are not their favorite people

    Poor middle and upper management
    Mandatory unpaid leave the past 4 years in a row
    Average benefits and pay
    95% of locations are terrible
    Lack of training
    Super cliquey with management
    Old school mentality that working tons of OT means you are productive
    Preach ethics but when you call ethics hotline it goes straight to your HR
