I worked at Eaton full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company offers many professional development opportunities. There is even an "Eaton University" where you can attend (in person or virtual) many interest or career related courses. In setting yearly goals, you can see how aligned your goals are with your manager's goals, all the way to the CEO's goals.
Also very collaborative culture... We were encouraged to share best practices and reach out to other Eaton employees across the globe!

Very ethical company. Unlike some companies I've worked for, this company definitely "walks the talk"!

    Cons

As with any large corporation, it's easy to feel like a cog in the wheel. Also tends to have too much red tape sometimes but nothing that I felt to impede with my work.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Treat your employees fairly and always keep the communication lines open.
