    I worked at Eaton full-time

    Pros

Good working locations; Slow which means you don't need to work hard; Big company with big name so good career stepstone

    Cons

Big company, very bureaucratic, management are slow,
some product development can take more than 10 years with no actual advancement,
    don't reward hard working people,
would rather hire some managers/supervisors with no relevant experience than promoting people with more than 10 experience

    Advice to Management

Go replace them with a sheep or dog.......direct cost saving plus true leadership and a loving heart

I worked at Eaton full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

In the beginning benefits are what the attraction was to employment but towards the end they started taking them away. I.E. medical fees increased, pension plan and 401k changes. Policies wrote by HR as she felt the need bringing in her own ideas as she saw fit. These are facts not complaints.

    Cons

There was NO working with the management, always showing an interest with the team members in the floor but never listened or considered what was said and offered.

    Advice to Management

Quit, go back to school and work on people skills because they have NONE whatsoever.

Il faut réviser les compensations actuelles, et les managers doivent être contrôles de prés..
