I have been working at Eaton full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good pay and benefits. Steady paycheck

    Cons

New flex shift hard on family and minimal overtime so cut in pay. Very hard for growth opportunities to managerial positions unless your military, came from other countries or are in real good with upper management. Lots of buddy system.

    Advice to Management

Look at people internally with years of knowledge and experience within the facility, processes, etc. Not a new face. Don’t lean so much on interviews that don’t even reflect the person or pertain to the job description.
