    This is a great company for career advancement. If you put the hours in and are willing to relocate you can move up the ladder fairly quickly.

    Cons

    The work environment is demanding and sometimes stressful.

    Advice to Management

    More opportunities to communicate directly with management would be a strong step forward for Eaton.

    Fair compensation, competitive benefits, supports community

    Cons

    Much too political, metric manipulation is promoted over true improvements, primary means of growth is through acquisitions.

    Advice to Management

    Cut the politics and red tape associated with too much middle management. Focus on being a strong innovator and manufacturer as apposed to outsourcing and acquisitions.

    Give employees over time options not just what you think is best to work 6 eight hour days is unreasonable for work life balance
