    Pros

Work life balance can be achieved here. Culture and people are great. Managers are understanding and supportive. People are nice and friendly.

    Cons

Senior management will not budge with company policy changes that are current and modern. People are great but a negative culture is that people are afraid of taking responsibilities for actions made.

    Advice to Management

Push changes to make the corporate culture more collaborative where mistakes are a lesson learned and a point to move forward from. Make changes to company policies to allow employees more flexibility and to spend more time with their kids.
