Budgets for projects are occasionally small (but only because Ebbeka will sometimes help people out who can't afford full-price firm work).

Pros
This is a great place to start if you are a recent graduate, you will have a lot of variety to work on: print, web, and branding. You will learn so much since the owners are very flexible in teaching you.
Cons
There are no benefits - no 401k, no health insurance, no PTO. The computers are also outdated and can sometimes be slow or need to be restarted. Raises are not a thing, even if you ask. It's also not a good place to work long-term; maybe just two years top.

Pros
Money was good, free food occasionally, great stepping-stone job to build portfolio
Cons
No opportunities for career growth, benefits verbally offered but often forgotten, very high turnover, no personal boundaries when it comes to work and home life from owners/management, high-stress environment
