Sometimes the supervisors get overwhelmed and the training lacks necessary attention. Some things are unspoken and you learn while on the job. This can cause issues for new handlers and making sure they are compliant

Feels like all team mates, both full and part time, care about each other. Company does things that shows they really believe in creating a place you want to spend your time.
Cons
Can get busy during Catastrophes and many of our teammates work remote in all parts of the country. Can feel disconnected from them.
