    Pros

    EbixExchange has the best products and services for the finanical services industry and has a prestigious client list. The company has cultivated a staff of subject matter experts that lead the industry in developing solutions related to straight through processing for finanical products. It's great to be part of the "A" team.

    Cons

    Ebix does not have a policy to allow employees to work from home. Atlanta traffic is horrible, being able to work from home on a regular basis would counter the negative commute.

    Advice to Management

    EbixExhchange should do more team building activities across departments. Employees tend to be siloed and don't look for opportunities to contribute to the sucess of functions outside of thier own responsibility.
