    Negative Outlook

    I worked at Ebusinessware full-time

    Pros

Great people in the India teams and some of the staff in NYC and NJ.

    Cons

Constant merger and acquisition of outside firms/board partners makes work impossible; delays in payroll of months, delays in expenses reimbursement of months, constant infighting of management.

    Advice to Management

Get it together, put one person in charge, and stop with all the attacks on employees.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Competitive Compensation, Unbelievable Opportunity for Growth, Prime Location, and the "Elevator at the Ground Floor and Going Up" Phenomenon.

    Cons

Current Economic State of the Market makes it difficult to reach out to new recruits and new markets. The Untold Story of eBusinessware continues... this company is solid gold, but not enough people have heard of it.

    Advice to Management

Continuous improvement is always wise. In order to collaborate with current employees and prospective recruits, keep growing feedback systems and human relations organization.

    Pros

Good Pay if you are a consultant and working as Corp-Corp

    Cons

Try not to change your policies on daily basis thinking your own benefits.

    Advice to Management

Start thinking about employee benefits as well apart from your own

    I worked at Ebusinessware full-time

    Pros

Salary are generally good if you negotiate well at the time of joining. As you are always going to work at the client site hence no micro management by the employer.

    Cons

It is mainly a bodyshopping / resourcing company who hire IT resources to put at the client site as a consultant. In fact a candidate is interviewd and approved by the client only, they are just the payroll provider. Employees are at the mercy of the client with no real career progression growth plan.

    Advice to Management

There should be employee's career growth plan even if they are just working as a contractor to the client site.

    Cons

Job security concerns after the employee is back to resource pool from project.
