    I worked at Ebusinessware full-time

    Pros

Great people in the India teams and some of the staff in NYC and NJ.

    Cons

Constant merger and acquisition of outside firms/board partners makes work impossible; delays in payroll of months, delays in expenses reimbursement of months, constant infighting of management.

    Advice to Management

Get it together, put one person in charge, and stop with all the attacks on employees.

    Pros

On site opportunities with good clients in India and abroad. Very transparent HR department. I recommend to join this organization.

    Cons

Some domestic clients are very cheap, sometime they abuse contract employees. Some Managers and some mid level employee of the domestic clients are very pathetic. Even some time they used to watch porn movies after office hours and on weekend. Since their wife does not live with them.

    Advice to Management

Since your clients are fortune 500 giants so kindly tell their top level management to keep an watch on these type of culprits. Please think what will happen if they reach at the decision making position in your clients organization.
