I have been working at Echo Global Logistics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good people, relaxed attire. If you work, you can determine your own strategy and get support for opps.

    Cons

Lacks professionalism at times, a lot of dead weight from people who have no desire to work beyond collecting the paycheck.

    Advice to Management

Reel it in a bit, people won't need to be pestered about call numbers if professionalism is built back in from the top. Those who want to succeed will work.
