    Pros

    Echo is a great place to work. It is a young innovative company with a lot of room for growth. The company trains you very well so your prepared for each task your role demands of you. Awesome people and cool environment #freightlife

    Cons

    You do a lot of cold calling in the beginning but it really helps you learn the industry

    Pros

    Great culture, especially for recent grads.

    Cons

    They make it extremely difficult to make commission. It's hard to live off of $35K/year. The turnover is extremely high. The classroom training is good but after that you better be prepared to learn as you go.

    Advice to Management

    Put more time into your employees, make a better training program.

    Everything including co workers. Very cutthroat and freeforall taking accounts and backstabbing

    Pros

    You get out what you put in. Anyone who says otherwise is a whiner. You can learn an incredible amount of transformable skills, move up the ladder through organic growth, make good money, and work in a place with genuinely good, fun people.

    Cons

    You can feel like a cog in a wheel if you don't bust your butt and be intentional in seeking out help.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to develop ongoing L&D programs. Provide a bit more transparency around business decisions, and their impact on individuals, departments, etc.
