When I was first hired, I was told that all salaries are would be the same across the board for certain positions. Not true. Women and minorities get paid less for certain positions including management. Consistent lies from the management in Charlotte. Micromanagement in all departments. Company preaches they are different. They preach appreciation and work balance. They are simply a Data driven company. Spreadsheet nerds. Unrealistic targets and micro managing. Don't allow talent to shine. Constant oversight and metrics daily. Miserable work environment due to that. Even when success is shown they find failures and don't appreciate effort, hard work or success unless its at the level they choose.
