Jan 21, 2023 - Youth Counselor in Candor, NCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great benefits and PTO. The company will pay for your medicine insurance. Nice staffs as well.
Cons
Long hours of working. No break if no one relieves you. Scheduling is a mess. They will forced you to work some OT, at least 5 times in a month. It’s mandatory to stay over and they didn’t mention that until the schedule is given out. The boys are real challenging and being disrespectful. They will get physical with the staffs.

Oct 6, 2022 - SpecialistRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good QA trainings for my specific program, some friendly people, responsive IT department
Cons
Anxious middle managers on power trips. My manager takes ideas from her employees and passes them off as her own. They think supporting an employee is giving them a mandatory in-person potluck. When hired I was told remote work is okay but then they have numerous mandatory events in the office every week. They also then let one person work indefinitely from out of state without any explanation for why she is allowed 100% remote and others aren't. Boomer ideology and management styles. High turnover. No exit interview and managers are defensive, don't listen to suggestions. Mother and daughter middle managers on the same small team so clearly nepotism and no DEI. Managers lack boundaries and will text and call late at night. Had my "exit interview" today and they didn't ask me any questions or let me say anything- only tried to gather info about my next place of employment- no desire to hear any constructive feedback. This was reflective of the culture there.
