I have been working at Ecolab full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Large company with a large global footprint that has been around for a really long time. Always making money.

    Cons

Always making money at the expense of employee benefits (reduced medical, less educational assistance, took away vacation payout on termination), stingy on pay, hard to move to different type of role, especially if you start out as an administrative assistant

    Advice to Management

Take note that your employees are important so treat them that way! Life is not all about profit and making goals.
