    Pros

Very impressive and interesting to work in such an organization where so many scientists work together on space discovery missions.

    Cons

The size of the organization slow down a lot of processes, which can be frustrating from time to time.

    Pros

    -Great work environment
-Management is helpful and wants you to thrive
    -Flexible hours
-Wide range of project to work on
-Small workforce; everyone knows and is pleasant with everyone else

    Cons

    -Very little room for growth
-Salary/compensation is a little lacking, but the upward momentum will hopefully change that for future employees
-I haven't been here too long, but I can't honestly think of anything else wrong with the company at this point in time.

I have been working at Ecological Society of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible and laid back working environment. Nice people. 403(b) is good (10%). Annual leaves starting at 2 weeks to 3 weeks after 5th year. Can carry forward 240 hrs of annual leave.

    Cons

Salary can be low. Only 2 layers of positions: entry staffs or directors. Directors never quit and there is no opportunity for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Create some mid level position to retain some good staff.
